How Much Is 1 Dollar Worth to You?
I was watching a TV show a few days ago. It was a story about the real life of a man who made his living by picking up bottles and paper from garbage cans and selling them. His income was about 100 baht a day(about $3)… not a lot.
But you know what? Every day after he sold his product, he always stopped at the bank to deposit money into his bank account. He put in 20 baht a day, sometimes just 4 baht!! He did this for 16 years…Now he has more that 40,000 baht in his bank account (about $1,176). The reason that he kept putting money back in his savings account was to pay for his mother’s surgery, for she had a bad heart.
That’s quite impressive.

เราไปนั่งรถโดยสาร เสียไปแค่7เปโซ(5บาท)
ว่าไปคิดแล้วตัวหนูเองยังไม่มีเงินเก็บเลยซักกะบาท
คิดใหม่ทำใหม่ยังไม่สายเนาะ
